HOW TO USE THE PETER WILEMAN PHOTOGRAPHY WEBSITE

MY PHOTOS: This is your individual collection of images. Add photos to this from the gallery by clicking on 'My Photos' below the required photo. When you have selected all of your images, click 'View My Photos' button in the header to view your collection.

TO PURCHASE AN IMAGE: Click on the required thumbnail to view the larger image. Below the image tick the box of the required product you want, then click 'Add to Cart'. Repeat this action for all images required. Quantities can be changed in the shopping cart. Alternatively you can download a printable form then complete and return it with your cheque or postal order payment.

MY ACCOUNT/LOGIN: You will need to login or create a new account to purchase images or view larger samples or downloads. My Account also shows your order history and status and access to instant downloads. To create a new account complete the registration form. Invoices can be viewed and printed here.

DOWNLOADS: When you have completed payment for your instant downloads, sign into your account and click on the download button next to each purchased image. These download links are available for seven days from date of purchase. (***PLEASE REFRESH YOUR BROWSER OR LOG IN/OUT FOR DOWNLOAD LINKS TO APPEAR***)

PRINT ORDERS: When you have completed your order and payment, your order will be processed and dispatched by first class post. Please allow up to five working days for delivery.

SHOPPING CARTS: To remove any item click on the red X on the right hand side of the image. To change the quantity, enter the new amount required and click the green tick below to update.

COPYRIGHT: Purchased images are for personal use only. Commercial use of images (whole, in part, or modified in any way) is prohibited without prior permission from Peter Wileman Photography, except on personal web pages for which credit must be given to Peter Wileman Photography placed on the image or directly next to the image.Images not for resale.

Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with Peter Wileman Photography for all images purchased or otherwise.

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY
Digital images, prints and cdʼs are bespoke items and are exempt from standard online purchase refund/ return. It is the customers responsibility to select the correct images at the time of ordering.
We will always try to help with any problems. Any discrepancies with orders,payments, damaged or not received items, please contact us as soon as possible. These will be dealt with/resolved on an individual basis. Any issues with image/print quality may be refunded or replaced at the discretion of Peter Wileman Photography.

PAYMENT:
Payments are processed in £GBP. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cheques and Postal Orders are accepted for mail order.
Image downloads are available for download upon completion of payment and will remain available for seven days.
Print orders will be despatched within five working days of payment.

Credit and debit card payments are handled securely on Worldpay or PayPal own website. We do not hold or store any personal data of online transactions other than your name, your products and contact details.
We do not pass on your details to any third party.
